A follow up telephone call can be very effective, however do not bombard the company with emails or telephone calls trying to find out if a decision has been made. Asking the appropriate questions at the end of the interview should give a good indication as to when you can expect to hear of any decision. If the interview was arranged by a recruitment agency ensure that you communicate through the agency and do not approach the company directly for feedback.
