| Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager |

To support the company in achieving its growth plans, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Sales Manager to provide a broader solutions dimension to current sales activities. The main purpose of the role will be to sell technology, and services based security solutions to large regional, national and multi-national enterprises, within defined target vertical markets and key business districts.
Key responsibilities:
· Generate sales of the company’s core physical and electronic security solutions i.e. CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, and Integrated systems etc.·
· Adopt a ‘solution-driven’ approach in the creation of systems installations and recurring revenue streams such as service and maintenance contracts, remote monitoring, leasing and hosted/managed services.
· Assist the company with the promotion of new and emerging security technologies including IP Surveillance solutions, Identity Management / Logical Access Control, Software as a Service (Saas) etc into existing customers and target markets.
· Formulate market specific strategies and tactical action plans to support revenue growth
· Research/Profile/Target organisations operating within corporate markets in order to identify potential new business opportunities.
· Build, maintain and manage an accurate sales database, pipeline and records using the company CRM system
· Attend networking events and forums to develop strong networks and customer relationships and raise the profile of the business
· Maintain strong relationships and create joint business development initiatives with the operational companies of the group
· Manage and develop the relationship with assigned customers and prospects, maximising contract value and profitability
· Produce customer focused sales proposals and related presentations
· Produce sales forecasts as required
· Conduct security risk assessments and site surveys
Essential Experience:
· UK citizen or valid work permit holder
· Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
· Understanding of the electronic security b2b market – Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Detection etc
· Ability to design and estimate electronic security systems from standalone through to integrated solutions
· Understanding of professional or structured sales processes
· Capacity to understand highly technical specifications and products
· Demonstrable and progressive record of new sales or account development within end-user markets
· Skills and experience to enable effective communication across customer key stakeholder groups
· PC literate – PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word
· Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner
