| CDM Co-ordinator
NEBOSH/IOSH/APS CDM-C
Due to expansion my client is looking for a CDM Co-ordinator and this is an excellent opportunity for candidates with CDM experience to work with our Technical staff in the Reading Office, and with Health & Safety staff in other offices, to further develop both our in-house services and the services we offer to clients in Health & Safety and CDM Co-ordinator roles.
Ideally, candidates should be graduates with NEBOSH Construction Certificate or IOSH qualifications, with 2-3 years practical Health & Safety experience gained within the Construction Industry, and registered APS CDM-C.
Key requirements are:
* Small project CDM-C experience is essential
* Complex Project experience is desirable
* CDM design risk management experience is essential
* NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate is essential
* Tech IOSH Membership is desirable
* Attendance at recognised CDM-C 3-day training course is desirable
* Good time management skills are essential
* Ability to manage 10+ small projects is essential
Candidates must also have good commercial understanding, be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be a team player.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on CDM Co-ordinator not a H&S generalist/consultant.
Salary for the CDM role will be up to £33k plus company benefits.
