| Quantity Surveyor (with MRICS) - London
Due to expansion my client is looking for a chartered quantity surveyour with MRICS. This is an excellent opportunity for a chartered quantity surveyor with two years' post qualification experience gained within professional practice across various business sectors including Offices, Retail, Residential, Education and Health.
Key requirements are:
* MRICS with a minimum of 2 years pqe
* NHS Healthcare experience in feasibility studies using Decags & MIPS on both new-build and exisiting NHS facilities
* Self-motivated individual who is capable of acting as project leader as well as project surveyor, and with employer's agent, contract administration and project management experience
* Good team worker and client facing ability
Salary for the quantity surveyor role will be up to £35k with company benefits |
