| Business Development Manager / Security System Sales Consultant / Basic £30K OTE £48K / NSI Gold accredited / Selling CCTV, Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire Detection and Building Management Systems / South East coverage
A well established NSI Gold installer now have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to be responsible for developing sales in the field of integrated security systems, from commercial, public sector and contractor clients.
Main duties
- Sales of integrated security systems via tender/quotations for end users
- Sales service and maintenance contracts from new customers
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs for new or existing installations
- Establish and maintain good customer relations
- Reporting activity at monthly Sales Meeting
- Liasing with Sales Support in the preparation and distribution of target customer mail shots.
- Provide material for marketing, newsletters or company brochures
- Liase with engineers on system installation requirements
- Preparing system design quotations for customers.
Requirements:
- Meeting targets set for telephone calls, face to face meetings and quotations per month.
- Follow correct Sales process as per Company management systems
Skills and Experience required
- Proven track record in sales
- Computer literate on all Microsoft Office systems
- A good understanding of Health & Safety in relation to both general employee responsibilities, and in evaluating customer requirements as part of sales role
- Ability to conduct comprehensive site surveys
- Experience in security industry
