Job Title: Senior Associate Fire Engineer
Description
As a result of sustained growth, our client is seeking a Senior Associate Fire Engineer to join their friendly, expanding consultancy team. Located in Kent, they provide fire engineering design services throughout the UK and internationally, delivering innovative solutions that realise architectural vision whilst providing a high level of life safety protection. Their work includes high profile and challenging projects across all sectors. The role will involve every aspect of Fire Engineering right the way from Engineering and Contract proposals down to heading up the Fire Engineering Department The ideal candidate should: · Have capability to take full responsibility for projects · Have experience with writing Fire Strategies and carrying out Engineering proposals · Undertake fire safety risk assessments · Have the ability to lead teams of fire engineers · Work in on projects of various sizes · Manage core responsibilities including; Task delivery; Task profitability; Task quality · Demonstrate all round technical competence · Have a good knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, risk assessment and Building Control opinions. · Have either a degree in a Fire related subject of study or other relevant academic qualifications If you are capable of a demanding technical challenge in a dynamic and successful consultancy, my client would like to hear from you.
