| Job Title: Security Systems Sales Consultant |
| Description |
| Due to continued growth and expansion, an independent NSI NACOSS Gold Accredited Company now require a Pro Active and committed sales professional. Established for over 15 years they pride themselves on high standards of service delivery and after sales care.
Objective:
To visit Local Authorities, Building & Electrical Contractors, Architects & Surveyors, Retail & Leisure sectors, generating new business for both fire & security systems whilst marketing and promoting new products. Developing and implementing sales strategies with the Sales & Marketing Team to ensure sales, profit and margin targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and developing new business and actively servicing existing customers
- Consistently achieve budgeted sales targets
- Manage and develop accounts to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure that the client is given the highest possible level of customer service
- Liase with all relevant internal departments as necessary
- Attend network events that could lead to sales appointments.
- Provide weekly activity reports and monthly summary information
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- To identify correct market strategy
- Be able to demonstrate a successful sales history and knowledge of the sales process (finding out needs, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, closing sales etc).
- Have strong communications and presentation skills (both written & verbal)
- Have total commitment to customer service and after sales care
- Work towards being able to design all types of electronic fire & security systems to comply with current legislation and meet the customer’s requirements.
- Good time management skills, ensuring that deadlines are met and arranging your own workload (including paperwork and records)
- Be able to identify the correct market sectors
- Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
